Within our website, we use the YouTube embedding function to display and play YouTube videos with your consent in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) GDPR. The service provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Your declaration of consent also expressly includes the possible worldwide transfer and processing of data by other Google LLC group companies. In this regard, we would like to expressly point out any risks, for example the more difficult enforcement of data protection rights of data subjects.
We use the extended data protection mode, which, according to the provider, only initiates the storage of user information when the video is played. The moment you start playing the embedded video, your IP address is transmitted to YouTube. Furthermore, a cookie is set to collect information about your user behaviour. According to information from YouTube, this is used, among other things, to record video statistics, improve user-friendliness and prevent abusive behaviour.
Further information on data protection at YouTube can be found in the provider's privacy policy at: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy/; opt-out option: https://adssettings.google.com/authenticated.
